United Statesbeautifully made, softer and more flexible than I expected, so that was a bonus! I do wish it was specified that the hardware was rose gold... I was hoping for yellow gold/brass hardware. Still, very nice collar and will look great when we bring him out for special occasions. Thank you!!!
